SOLO DAY!

What day is it today? KpopThursday day...? Solo day...?
How about both!
Unlike previous ones (reviews), I'll try to make this one shorter.
It's Summer (ICYDK)!!!!...And we have summerish kpop comebacks... Oh, what a surprise! This happens every year. Light songs - Summer hits... Love life - themes...Lots of colors. Happiness! (let's skip quality ranking of following songs....cause summer) 
Girls Day are back with one of those playful 'let's enjoy summer' concepts (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QB4dQcxgJPY). "Darling" is really cute song, and 4 girls are pretty and sweet as always. But, let's talk about B1A4 ( one member is blood type B, and the rest are A types...that's the meaning behind the group's name). So, it's a 5 members group, and they are back with "Solo Day".

When you broke up with someone...you're not dead, you're just solo!...enjoy it - is basically what they're singing about. Lyrics are cool, the enthusiasm of it... it's contagious, probably would make you feel a little bit better if you're going through a break up, and possibly help you to get over it. It goes: "I couldn't stop the breakup...Now I'm going to enjoy...I'm going to enjoy the breakup...Solo, solo day...I feel especially great today...Don't bother me"... And the whistling make the song sounds even more carefree and fancy-free! The video is what I like the most. Breaking the routine is what makes you feel good and unlimited. So, these 5 guys realized that, and decided to stop being desperate, and to start all over. Not sure what that UFO means. Maybe - life is short, don't waste it, you can be taken away (by the aliens..) today... so, do not waste your time being depressed. Kkkkk :) My favorite members are CNU(obsession guy) and Baro(space geek), but JinYoung(couch potato) is cute too..You need to watch the video to understand those nicknames. Anyways, I also like the stylings - they look like normal guys, no futuristic costumes or vampire attires. Like I said, it's a summerish song, so beach is included, also driving, wind in the hair, and a cute dog. Oh yeah, spot the baby at 2:51...so cuuuuuteee!! That's it... I like the song, but I'm not crazy about it. It's good, it's good...cause summer! :)

But, next week (or these following days (not sure when))...INFINITE makes a comeback. I'm really, really, really looking forward to it... Check the teaser....Wuaaaaaaw...."Can you save me"...Yes, I can (not).

Productiveness ?!

Being productive...

What it means? What "productive" means? 

Does it means being useful...to yourself or to someone else, to your family, society, planet Earth? Or it means doing something that makes you feel good about yourself, making yourself happy...or making others happy? 

Being productive (Society Term) - to be born, to go to school, to go to work, to make money, to die...'To go to work' is most accurate path of being productive (Society teach us)..even if you hate your job, yourself, your life...(it doesn't matter...as long as you live by the rule of 'Being productive' everything will be fine. You are machine, you are robot - feel good about it ..cause you are 'productive'...yes, you are....no, no, no...don't use your brain, don't think...just do your f-in assignment -BE PRODUCTIVE....you must...or else you are NOTHING...)

Being productive (Logical Term) - pushing yourself to do more for your own self growth. It's not a must, you're doing it, because you love yourself that much. Doing a job, without actual desire/willingness to do it, has opposite results/effects than intended. You end up hating everything and everyone, including yourself and  life in general. Being productive doesn't mean making money for the sake of making money (or even  for paying bills), it mean doing something that you want to do, cause it's make you a better person...what's give you opportunity to make a difference, any kind of difference - small- like losing weight, big - like helping others...as long as you're passionate for it, as long as you believe that you can, as long as you move your boundaries...every step (even the smallest) is considered as 'being productive'. 

If it's 'being productive' = 'making money', then 'reading' is = 'staring at letters'

Is it: running this blog; writing this post; learning to write in English; having a willingness to learn to write in English; practicing it; 'talking to a computer'; thinking...useless shit, or is it me being productive...?

I know my answer!

Let's Love On Saturday Night!

Ba-bam....Kpop Thursday!!!!!

Ok, this week we have something old, yet new. Something blue and black, but not really blue and black - colorful...You've read it right....keep reading...

So, there is this group that made comeback after 9 years...Crazy! G.O.D (not God - Groove Over Dose..funny) is one of the 1st generation of kpop idols. After disbanding(2005/6), the members have gone to solo careers, but thanks to Hallyu - Korean Wave fever (I guess), they decided to reunite. 

First of all - I know that this group was a big thing back then, but I discovered  kpop in 2010, so I'm not that familiar with their work, which makes this review even more interesting. I'm sure that g.o.d's fans are thrilled and happy to see them after a long hiatus. Let's dive into this old-new comeback!  

Ahahahahhahahahahah....so stupid, and so cooool. Love it. Ok,  the song itself is summerish. The lyrics are pretty much summed up in the tittle of the song, but for me, the music video is HILARIOUS. It follows their own story -5 old friends meet up after a long time, quickly informs each other about- how they've been, what are they doing...and ofc end up going into a club...to have fun....like in the good old days :). How brave of them to come back with this concept, and not with something like...serious... and boring. They make fun of themselves, and they are ok with it..cause now they are mature (not old). My favorite is the "12years before" part, when  they can't wait for their  hit songs to start, and when they do...members dance like crazy, wanting all attention on them. I think it's extremely amusing :). LET'S HAVE FUN (again), is what they asking for from the old and  future fans. So cool... "Just trust oppa and follow me..."..so cheesy, yet entertaining. Dance?...ahm...ahm....I'll just have to wait for the live performance to see what is all about, but I'm afraid that it would be interestingly cheesy as well :). Oh, yeah.. I can recognize few members from some programs and shows in which they've been in, but somehow...the white-(unfamiliar to me)-haired member has caught my eye. Because of the unstoppable craziness, I'm gonna support those 5 young-grandpas-oppas. You guys still rock!!

On the other side...we have some young-young blood. CCLOWN made comeback..Yaaay! This group is not that successful...yet!!! I'm really hoping that they will make it big... eventually...They are hardworking-talented-underrated kpop group, and that makes me mad/sad. For this comeback...I'd say I like the previous songs better, like "Far away" or "Shaking Heart" are more appealing to me, but this one is not bad at all - don't get me wrong - it's just I'm not satisfied with the MV (music video always caught(or not) your attention first - and this is not one of those hypnotizing ones). Blame on company - Sort that money in a better way. Done (with a scolding)! Danceeeeeee...cclown knows what DANCE is...they enjoy/live it! Especially Rome(the guy at 1.48). Really liking the choreography and the moves - strong/effective. Speaking of strongness...lyrics are strong too. I'm not sure, would I like it, if someone were telling me those lines. I'd be like - go away, you possessive freak! I'm kidding...(not really). Maybe if he says it romantically...with a sweet voice...idk...Some of the lines-"Let's love, You match well with me (I'm right),I'm attracted to you, Right now it's you (you,you,you), You match well with me, The other guys (all of them) Tell them to get lost (lost,lost. lost), Because I like you...". Is it command or (very confident) love confession?? ...Oh...cclown...no matter what...I will always support you, just hang in there...and wait for the chance to shine!! About atractivness, and nice voices (T.K.. deep), I should not talk, I should enjoy it. Maknae (Maru) is not a joke. That's all. Take a look.and evaluate.

RED LIGHT...OK?

Another Thursday, another Kpop story to tell.

This time... I've waited for the comeback that has been scheduled for today, so that I could give you my very first impression of it. Ahmmm...I'm still confused, but let's jump into it.

So, there is this 5 members girl group - f(x)...Yeah, like math...Anyway, they made their comeback with a song "Red light". Few minutes ago (literally) I watched live performance of the song, and now...I'm like....the f... did I just saw. The concept of it, it's pretty much...confusing. Everything is black, or red - the stage and the outfits. By the way they move and look at the camera, they look strong and fierce...like some kind of a girls gang, or Warriors from the future...(???) Idk 

I was distracted by the choreography (or should I say - by their movements, cause there aren't some crazy dance skills shown - that is why I was slightly taken aback), so I didn't paid  much attention on the lyrics.

I decided to search for the translation of it...and....end up thinking - the f...did I just read!... Still confused. The lyrics have no meaning at all. Or maybe, I just can't understand the symbolism and all that crap. 

And finally, there is the MV that I haven't watched yet! I'm gonna do it right now...and then I'll say what I think about it. Crossed fingers that I'll be able to comprehend what on  Earth is their concept. Here we go!

.............O.k.a.y.............ammmmmmmm....I like the outfits (suits and uniforms-nice). Also the accessories - those cute head..things(?), and hats too... Haircuts and colors are cool. Music(?)....ok, I guess. Liking the chorus part, but it looks like the song is made from 4-5 different songs, it flows awkwardly. It's not catchy at all.

Still have no idea about what they're talking/singing, what's the actual message of the song. The black cat and the black telephone are probably some kind of symbols of evil that they are surrounded by, or attracted by or will be attracted - if they pick up the phone... I DON'T KNOW...REALLY..THERE'S NO REASON FOR ME TO KEEP THINKING ABOUT IT, CAUSE I'M NOT IMPRESSED BY THIS, OBVIOUSLY. Maybe for a day or two (a week) it will grow on me...but now...the answer is - NO. F(x) can do better. They changed somehow, from cuties to warriors, which is ok, cause they're older now, but I'm not sure that this is the right song for comeback. 

A little bit disappointed.
