Four-member ballad group '2AM' is back with a 3rd full length album 'Let's talk' (notice: 2AM and 2PM are two different groups from the same agency- JYP Ent.)...
Members said that this album has the most emotional and sentimental songs (comparing to the songs on previous albums), and they explained the meaning behind the album name - whoever listens to their album is 'talking' to them through music :). Even though they're ballad singers, they're extremely funny and amusing guys - the cutest- when they tease each other. During the group hiatus, all members do activities outside of a group (variety shows, dramas, solo songs, musicals...).
Now, onto the new songs! 2AM released two MVs for two touching songs:
The lyrics are beautiful. Their voices are perfect for this autumn weather!(MVs are autumn-appropriate too)

'Days like today' - It makes me sad... but in a good way...
Aaaand... 3rd time in a row (this month I think) - I'm reviewing Super Junior's MV (wow, they're on fire/promote with no regrets :))
Actually, ahmm.... 'Evanesce' is a nice song, but that set looks familiar...? Oh, yeah...it's the one from 'This is love' music video(??!!??!!)...A little bit ruined tho - but still the same. I guess, that wasn't love after all...(do you get it - this is love - not(cuz of the new mv...)(what a joker, ha...). What can I say - same old SM Ent. formula - recycling.
In this one, members showed their acting skills - on that side - I think they did a pretty good job...Eunhyuk and the girl dance part - smooth. Still can't decide - Leeteuk or Donghae?....
I just CAN NOT end this weeks Kpop Thursday without mentioning Epik High's new awesome songs... That group/this album is a treasure find, believe me! (*another post content - spoiler)

How on Earth I'm supposed to organize this post... Agrhhrhrhrhhhh....Too many, too many comebacks this week... :-P (oooh, Kpop, if you could produce songs a little bit slower - no, seriously, Kpop - you need to slow down for your own sake... )... Hyper production is NO GOOD! Ok, girl, compose yourself!!! You can do it! Here we go! 'BEAST' boys are back with a Special 7th mini album 'TIME', and with an MV for the title song - '12:30'. Earlier this year they made a comeback, and this (gift)album took me by surprise, but I like it. The songs are quite emotional, and the members voices makes them even more enjoyable. As for the title track - I get it, harsh break up story, again... but, MV- why u so dark? My favorite member, Doojoon got a lead role in this video, but rather than a normal guy, he seemed a bit psycho-tic...and that's not what I expected... The point of the lyrics is that the two grow apart from each other, and now they are like clock hands at 12:30 - with their backs turned against each other, looking at different places... I can't stop wondering - why the heck is the girl shoeless at 2:06 (it might be because of the height difference...), and who(why) is that topless drummer(there)? Dance and clothes (especially shoes) - flawless! I think it's safe to say now - Hyunseung is my second favorite member of Beast(read coat)...There, I said it. :)
And then...(was it)Yesterday or two days ago?! BTS surprised us with a music video for 'War of Hormone'. Awww, those cutie pies - how adorkable. I was rofl when I heard the song for the first time (long, long time ago, cause it's a song from their latest album). The lyrics are so immature, h/corny and (someinternettrollsaresaying)slightly offensive towards the girls (...and the boys - cause they're implying that all boys are dumb)... BUT, realistically, it's all from a teen-boy perspective - typical teenage thoughts - we've all been teenagers...so keep calm... (blame the hormones)
Again, I like the fashion style they're rockin. Those outfits are cute. And video theme/idea is pretty cool - zoom in, zoom out, zoom in, zoom out - on repeat + kind of one take technique. Choreography is my favorite part. Poor trio - Jin, Jimin(!) and Jungkook - are having hard times with those bikes...But how can you resist those smiley faces :) Let's take a moment to appreciate their honesty and straightforwardness!

Oh, yeah...Super Junior released MV for one of the songs from their newest album (if you remember from one of previous *KpopThursdays*, I've reviewed their title song 'Mamacita'). Obviously, they decided to continue promoting this album with a video for - 'This is love'. Apparently, black and white (with a pinch of red) is a trend going on in kpop music videos lately... Pardon my eyeroll (it's starting to annoy me)
SUJU are using a range of props for the choreography this time - chairs, standing mics... And (ofc) they're in a BOX, and (ofc) it's a 'one shot'(one take) video (SM Ent - I really think it's time for some(anykindof) change). Chorus is quite catchy: This is love, this is love...... Can't decide - Leeteuk or Donghae...hmm? tough decision (update: suju released 7th full length special edition album 'THIS IS LOVE' - it has 9 tracks that were already released previously, there are 3 new tracks, and 'This is love' remix for a total of 13 songs...ok, then)
Few days ago, out of nowhere, I reviewed Epik High's 'Born Hater' - As I said before, that song is not a title track... This one is. 'Spoiler' (plus spoiler for the other song 'Happen Ending') is totally different from Born Hater. Here we have three members singing/rapping in the background, looking good, and two actors playing/telling the story. The lyrics are from a guy's perspective - he's not sure -(what the two have)is it love or nothing at all...Mature lyrics - as expected(read here). Everyone can relate.

Ok, guys...Today is the day of Super Junior's long-awaited comeback. They are back with MV for 'Mamacita". Super Junior originally debuted with twelve members (first kpop male group with so many members in it) in 2005.(two more members joined the group in 2006.). One member departed from the group after filing a lawsuit against their agency(SME). Few members enlisted for their mandatory military service throughout the years, few of them completed it. Right now, there is a one member who's enlisted, but still hasn't completed his service. And one of the members (Kibum) is inactive, cause he's pursuing acting career. Anyways, 10 of them are back...so, let's see what they have prepared. (FYI - this is my first time watching the MV - it's been released (literally) few hours ago....and my first impression is....???...let's find out!!!) Here it is Ok, drugari...Danas je dan dugo dugo čekanog comebacka grupe Super Junior. Vratili su se sa pesmom Mamacita. SJ su originalno debitovali kao 12člana grupa (bili su prva kpop grupa sa tako velikim brojem članova) 2005. godine(a 2006. su se pridružila još dva nova člana). Jedan od članova je napustio grupu nakon procesa koji je vodio protiv agencije (SME). Par članova je, u međuvremenu, obavilo vojnu službu, što u Koreji traje 2 godine (jedan je još uvek odsutan zbog toga). A postoji i jedan član koji nije aktivan(Kibum), jer se posvetio glumačkoj karijeri. U svakom slučaju 10 njih je tu, pa...da vidimo šta su pripremili. (Za vašu info - prvi put gledam spot - izašao je (bukvalno) pre par h.....a moj prvi utisak je.....???...da vidimo!!!)

Nice....We have names and roles written at the beginning of the video - it should help you distinguish them (....or maybe not... cause dang, those costumes...). Newspaper in English, ha! Not really sure how 'Mamacita' fits the storyline....RANDOMNESS, RANDOMNESS EVERYWHERE! Kangin's (Fruit Shop Owner) fairylike hair and that watermelon...Shindong's "Just close your lips, shut your tongue" - whaaaaat?????? - SME...your English is worse than mine!!
I like that -Hey, Mamacita, neaga Ayayayaya-part. My favorite members (if anybody cares) are Leeteuk, Sungmin, and Donghae (I don't like Sungmin's hair tho). At first, it looks like Super Junior is finally out of a box, like they're finally free...but no...the box concept is their signature concept...DANCING IN THE BOX all the way!!!
It's a hilarious video, that's for sure. For the lyircs, I'll just have to wait for eng sub...even tho I understand that there is definitely some kind of a love story with Mamacita.(cause they're saying that they NEED HER, NEED HER BADLY). The dance -ok... cute.
Not sure about this song. Do I like it...?(maybe later...it'll grew on me...idk.). I'm more excited because they are back than they are back with this song...but, yeah. I love them because of their personalities - they're funny and adorkable.

Lepo...Na početku videa imamo imena i uloge - taman vam to može pomoći da ih razlikujete ( a možda vam i neće mnogo pomoći, jer.... kostimi...). Novine na engleskom jeziku, ha! Nisam baš sigurna kako se Mamacita uklapa u priču spota.....ali dobro, ludilo! Kanginova (vlasnik prodavnice) vilenjakkosa i ta lubenica...Shindongovo - zatvori usne(ućuti), ZATVORI jezik??? -SME...tvoj engleski je gori od mog!!
Sviđa mi se ovaj -Hej, Mamacita, neaga Ajajajaja- deo. Omiljeni članovi su mi (ako ikoga to interesuje) Leeteuk, Sungmin i Donghae (iako mi se uopšte ne dopada Sungminova kosa). Na početku, na trenutak ćete pomisliti da se Super Junior konačno nalazi izvan kutije, da su slobodni...ali ne...ipak su u kutiji...kutija koncept je njihov zaštitni znak koncept...IGRANJE U KUTIJI, do kraja!!!
Definitivno je urnebesan video. Što se tiče teksta, moraću da sačekam prevod, iako razumem da postoji ljubavna priča između njih i Mamacite (jer sve vreme govore da je TREBAJU JAKO). Ples je ok, simpatičan.
Nisam sigurna u vezi ove pesme....Da li mi se dopada?(možda će mi se dopasti kasnije...po običaju...nemam pojma). Više sam uzbuđena što su se konačno vratili, nego što su se vratili sa ovom pesmom...ali, da...Volim ih zbog njihovih karaktera i ličnosti - zabavni su, duhoviti i ludi.
